Refresh ... Redesign ... Live
Sometimes life feels stuck and finding a way out seems impossible.
We can help you press life’s reset button.
About Reset Life Solutions
If you need a mental health check-in to feel vibrant and engaged again or help with resolving an issue, we are here to support you. You can opt for Video, telephone conferencing or in-person!
What We Do
Our needs are different and unique to your circumstances. The counseling process allows you to discover different ways of thinking and mapping out personal solutions.
01 Individual Counselling
In a society that views counselling as taboo and unacceptable, we offer a safe space where you could explore your options and work through some concerns you may have with anxiety, depression, feel overwhelmed, shame, guilt, and trauma/PTSD.
02 Couples & Marriage Counselling
Marriages go through periods of insecurity, conflict, mistrust etc and couples often need to relearn how to connect and experience joy. We help you press the marriage reset button.
03 Grief Counselling
Experiencing loss is part of life! As you RESET from loss and bereavement, we hold your hands and help you adapt to life without that special person. Whether it is anger, sadness or feeling empty, we help you design the new you.
04 LGBTQIA (gender dysphoria) Counselling
Many people struggle to survive when their assigned gender conflicts with how their body feels and may need support in rationalizing the way they want to be. We provide a safe space to explore their identity.
05 Lifestyle Coaching
While it is OK to feel uncomfortable with where you are, it is not OK to not know where you want to be. We can help you progress your life in a direction that brings you satisfaction. Our specialty is to help you press the RESET button.
